1.Delivery, Returns and Refunds
1.1. In this clause FA means FUEL AUTOTEK and any associated entity and Product means goods and or services that are displayed or advertised on the website.
1.2. If the Product delivered is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, does not match the description on the website or is covered under a warranty from the manufacturer, then please contact us on (02) 8850 2200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you about your request. To enable us to evaluate your return request, please provide us with:
1.2.1. The order number, invoice number or receipt number
1.2.2. a detailed description of the problem or the reason for your request to return the Product
1.2.3. photograph (s) of the Product that is damaged during transportation (if it is required we will advise you which email address to send it to),
1.2.4. your name and contact details
1.3. The Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you, unless you notify FA to the contrary by email, telephone, or facsimile transmission within fourteen (14) days of delivery of any Products and such notification is confirmed in writing within seven (7) days of its receipt by FA.
1.4. At FA's sole discretion we will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement for the Product (subject to availability) an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the Product delivered:
1.4.1 is faulty or is not of merchantable quality
1.4.2 is not fit for its intended purpose, or
1.4.3 does not match the description on the website.
1.5. We will evaluate your return request and issue you with a Returns Authorisation Notice once we have received details of your return request. We will send you full return instructions and return address. If we feel the problem described requires clarification we may contact you to clarify in order to provide more efficient service.
1.6. A refund, repair, replacement or exchange voucher will only be provided if the goods are returned in the original condition with all packaging and accessories provided by FA.
1.7. If the product delivered is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, does not match the description on the website or does not reflect what was ordered, FA will cover the delivery cost to return the item.
1.8. If you return goods to us because of your ordering mistake or for some reason other than the goods being defective, the cost of return will be incurred by the buyer and we may charge you a surcharge of 10% of the GST exclusive price of the goods plus any applicable GST.
2.1. Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size, weight and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your delivery location of choice. Normally the larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be. Extremely large goods (ie. Items requiring a two man lift) will also incur higher delivery rates. At the checkout you will be offered a number of delivery services to choose from.
2.2. Please note: As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.
2.3. Standardized delivery charges only apply to consumers in Australia. Additional charges will apply for postage outside of Australia; for more information on international postage charges, contact us on email@example.com .
2.4. We recommend all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours to minimise any redelivery delays and/or fees.
2.5. You may incur additional delivery fees/freight charges within the checkout (in excess of the fees and charges specified above) for:
2.4.1 Large quantity or bulk orders
2.4.2 Express or urgent deliveries
2.4.3 Bulky Items - at checkout, you will be notified of shipping costs for your approval, these are calculated automatically by the site in accordance with our terms. Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products are allocated as bulky as determined by the shipping methods of our courier companies. If your cart contains non-bulky and bulky items your cart will be calculated accordingly.
3. Warranty (Wheels)
3.1. TSW Alloy Wheels (and applicable sub-brands: Black Rhino, Beyern, Mandrus, Victor Equipment, Redbourne, Coventry, Lumarai, Cray and Genius)
3.1.1. With regular care and regular road conditions, TSW offers a two-year finish warranty on its wheels with chrome and painted finishes. TSW provides a five-year structural warranty for wheels it manufactures that are structurally unsound because of a manufacturing defect caused by TSW that makes the wheel unfit for its ordinary purpose. Damage or issues with wheels manufactured by TSW that are not caused by, or the result of, a manufacturing defect by TSW are not covered under the warranty.
3.1.2. Additionally, the following are expressly excluded from the warranty:
- TSW does not offer a "road hazard warranty," so any damage or issue with a wheel caused by the wheel colliding with a pothole or any other object or debris will not be covered by the warranty;
- Wheels that have been used in racing are not covered by the warranty regardless of the damage or structural unsoundness; and
- Wheels mounted on vehicles with a load rating in excess of the load rating of the wheel are not covered by the warranty regardless of the damage or structural unsoundness.
- Wheels that have been modified, repainted, or powder coated.
3.1.3. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of a wheel and the warranty is limited to replacement of the wheel. To submit a wheel claim for determination of coverage, contact FUEL AUTOTEK.
3.2. Vossen Wheels
3.2.1. Vossen Wheels warrants to the original purchaser that Vossen Wheels will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and reasonable use when properly installed and maintained for a period of five years from date of purchase, excluding Vossen Work Series. Vossen Wheels obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or at Vossen Wheels sole opinion; replacement without charge except for transportation and installation.
3.2.2. All warranty returns must have a return authorization number and include proof of purchase and description of the defect.
3.2.3 This warranty shall not apply to:
- Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by damage in transit, off-road use, or by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence.
- Wheels that have been altered or repaired.
- Wheels that have been installed improperly or installed with incorrect tire size or used with excessive loads.
- Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, car wash damage or neglect.
- Any damage resulting from mounting equipment or incorrect installation.
- Wheels that have been damaged by road usage.

3.3. Vossen X Work Wheels
3.3.1. Every Vossen X Work wheel is put through the highest standard in testing and quality control. These high standards allow us to provide a one-year workmanship warranty and a three-year structural warranty which proves we stand behind our product 100%.
3.3.2. Within the first year of ownership, if any defects in workmanship arise under normal and reasonable use when properly installed and maintained, Vossen will replace or refinish your wheels free of charge.
3.3.3. Our three-year structural warranty will guarantee the replacement of your wheel in the event of a structural failure caused by a manufacturer defect. Please contact us for our warranty guidelines and a return authorisation number to file a claim.

3.4. MOMO Road Wheels
3.4.1. MOMO offers a two-year manufacturer’s warranty which applies to both the finish and structure of MOMO road wheels. This warranty is effective from purchase date and only applies to the original purchaser of the respective MOMO product. Warranty fulfilment is subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis by MOMO S.r.l. and is limited to the replacement of the product or a credit note. MOMO reserves the right to reject a warranty claim on the basis of road abuse, neglect, damage during cleaning, incorrect fitment, excessive loads, use in racing or off-road use.

4. Warranty (Accessories)
4.1. MOMO Accessories
4.1.1. MOMO offers a two-year manufacturer’s warranty which applies to both the finish and structure of MOMO steering wheels, shift knobs, race seats and brackets, race suits, race gloves, race boots, race underwear and all other racing apparel. This warranty is effective from purchase date and only applies to the original purchaser of the respective MOMO product. Warranty fulfilment is subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis by MOMO S.r.l. and is limited to the replacement of the product or a credit note. MOMO reserves the right to reject a warranty claim on the basis of abuse, neglect, damage during cleaning or incorrect fitment.
